Uses and characteristics

This machine is a filter-type semi-automatic centrifuge with manual scraper lower discharging and intermittent operation. The centrifuge is controlled by a frequency converter and can select the appropriate speed according to different materials to feed, separate and wash materials. The machine adopts low-speed manual mechanical unloading with scraper, high work efficiency, low labor intensity, large processing capacity, good separation effect, stable operation, convenient operation, etc.

Product structure principle

The motor drives the drum to rotate at a medium speed. The feed valve is opened and the material is fed into the drum from the feed pipe. When the feed reaches a predetermined volume, the feeding stops. The drum rises to high-speed rotation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and Drum wall filter holes are discharged. The solid phase is trapped in the rotating drum. After the rotating drum drops to a low speed, the scraper rotates and reciprocates to scrape the solid phase from the drum wall and discharge it from the lower part of the centrifuge.
